Car Crash San Antonio Texas in San Antonio, Texas: Two people were killed in a three-vehicle crash early Sunday on San Antonio's Southwest Side. Police were dispatched around 3:20 a.m. to the area of Southwest Loop 410 and Medina Base Road for a reported wrong-way driver traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of the highway. Upon arrival, officers found a three-vehicle crash; two of the three drivers were pronounced dead at the scene, and the third driver was cleared by EMS. The drivers' identities had not yet been released.
