Car Crash Louisville Kentucky in Louisville, Kentucky: Louisville Metro Police Department is investigating a rear-end crash involving multiple vehicles in south Louisville. The crash occurred just before 1:30 p.m. Sunday on Old Preston Highway at Preston Highway. Three patients, one from each vehicle, were transported to University of Louisville Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.
