Car Crash Richmond Kentucky in Richmond, Kentucky: Three flooding-related deaths were confirmed in Madison County, Kentucky, by Madison County Coroner Jimmy Cornelison. Two of the deaths occurred on University Drive in Richmond and one on Tates Creek Road in Richmond; the victims were two adult men and one adult woman.
