Car Crash Richmond Kentucky in Richmond, Kentucky: Three flooding-related deaths were confirmed in Madison County, Kentucky, according to the Madison County Coroner. Two of the deaths occurred on University Drive in Richmond and one on Tates Creek Road in Richmond; the victims were two adult men and one adult woman. Governor Beshear also reported a flood-related death in Jackson County, where a deadly vehicle accident happened on Kentucky 290 about four miles from McKee. Flooding was reported across Richmond, including in the area of Catalpa Loop, with high water on roads as rain continued to fall, and additional flooding was reported in Mercer and Garrard Counties.
