Police said the Chevy Blazer was being driven at high speed when it went off the road and struck two trees on Arco Corporate Drive near Macaw Street at 1:14 p.m. The driver, Abraham Karim Manrique Ponce, was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle; he was taken to a hospital but died of his injuries.
