Motorcycle Crash Fatal Virginia in fatal, Virginia: A 17-year-old driver was charged with multiple offenses including DUI manslaughter after a crash involving a car and a motorcycle just before 6 a.m. Sunday on the 5800 block of Riverview Road in James City County, Virginia. The motorcyclist, 57-year-old Gilbert Andrea Allen, was transported to Sentara Williamsburg Hospital, where he later died. The teen was not injured and was taken into custody.
