Police Pursuit Crash Spokane Valley Washington in Spokane Valley, Washington: Post Falls Police Department received a report of a stolen bread delivery truck from a Walmart on Mullan Avenue around 5:45 a.m. Saturday. Deputies located the truck on I-90 and attempted a traffic stop, but the driver fled, leading police on a pursuit through I-90 and off the Spokane Street exit. Spike strips deployed near the Idaho-Washington state line deflated the truck's front tires, but the truck continued into Washington and crashed through a gate at the Harley-Davidson dealership in Spokane Valley. Washington State Patrol arrested the 34-year-old driver, Michael Koskinen-Patron, and PFPD charged him with Grand Theft, Felony Eluding, and Felony Malicious Injury to Property.
