Semi truck driver injured after big rig overturns on Inters…

Semi Truck Crash Willows California in Willows, California: A semi truck traveling southbound on Interstate 5 overturned into the center median south of the County Road 57 overpass near Willows early Saturday morning. The driver, identified by CHP only as Singh, told officers he was traveling 60 mph in the fast lane and passing another vehicle when he lost control. The big rig came to rest on its side just off the roadway. First responders transported Singh to Enloe Health in Chico for treatment of minor injuries. Caltrans closed the fast lane for more than four hours while L&T Towing crews emptied the trailer's load to right the vehicle. The Willows Area CHP Office is investigating the cause.
