Sedan collides with boat trailer on I-75 near Luckett Road…

Car Crash Florida Today in Florida: A 29-year-old Bonita Springs man driving a 2014 Hyundai sedan southbound on Interstate 75 failed to maintain a single lane and collided with a boat trailer being towed by a 2017 Ford F-150, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The crash occurred around 7:18 a.m. on June 28 north of Luckett Road in Lee County. After the initial collision, the pickup and trailer jackknifed, causing the sedan to strike the truck a second time on the driver's side; the trailer overturned and the boat partially separated, damaging the guardrail. No injuries were reported, and the southbound inside lane was closed for an extended period while crews removed the boat from the roadway.
