Car Crash Iowa Today in Iowa: A single-vehicle rollover crash occurred on westbound Interstate 80 near the 283 mile marker in Scott County, Iowa, on June 27, 2026, at approximately 3:23 p.m. A pickup truck pulling a tow-behind camper lost control, causing both the truck and camper to roll over and come to rest on their tops in the median. A 35-year-old woman and a 23-month-old girl were ejected from the vehicle. The 31-year-old male driver was transported to Mercy One Genesis Hospital, while the woman and toddler were transported to University of Iowa Hospitals. The Scott County Sheriff's Office and Iowa State Patrol responded and are investigating.
