Car Crash Troy Ohio in Troy, Ohio: A 21-year-old Chevrolet driver was killed in a crash on I-75 northbound near state Route 41 in Miami County at approximately 8 p.m. on Saturday. The Ohio State Highway Patrol Piqua Post reported that a 2010 Freightliner tractor-trailer driven by Derek Blakely, 43, of Bethel, had pulled onto the right shoulder within a construction zone due to a mechanical issue. The Chevrolet driver, Yukahn Riffell, 21, of Ansonia, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Freightliner driver was uninjured. The crash remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol, with assistance from Troy Police, Troy Fire & EMS, and a towing company.
