Motorcycle Crash Minnesota Today in Minnesota: Jerrod Lawrence Vandal, 42, of Rochester, was riding a 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle east on U.S. Highway 63 near 18th Avenue Northwest in Olmsted County when he lost control around 7 p.m. The Minnesota State Patrol suspected alcohol played a role in the crash and noted Vandal was not wearing a helmet. He was transported to Mayo Clinic Mary's Hospital in Rochester with injuries not considered life-threatening. Rochester Fire, Mayo Ambulance, and the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene.
