Dui Crash Waukesha Wisconsin in Waukesha, Wisconsin: A 40-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested Saturday night, June 27, after a van he was driving ran off I-94 into a ditch near Moorland Road in Waukesha County. Wisconsin State Patrol troopers responded at about 9:11 p.m. and found open intoxicating beverages in the vehicle; the driver showed signs of impairment and refused field sobriety tests. The occupants were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-fatal injuries. The driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 3rd offense, with two children under 16 in the vehicle, and was booked into the Waukesha County Jail after an evidentiary blood draw.
