Pedestrian Hit Pittsburgh Pennsylvania in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania: A woman was struck by a vehicle at the intersection of South 10th Street and PJ McArdle Roadway in Pittsburgh's South Side at 3:53 p.m. on June 13, 2026, and was taken to the hospital with seven broken ribs and a broken clavicle. Surveillance video showed the vehicle running a stop sign, hitting the woman and launching her into the air, then fleeing without stopping, nearly striking other pedestrians and cutting through a gas station. Police identified Frank Christopher Dicicco, 59, of Pittsburgh, as the driver and charged him with multiple felonies including aggravated assault, aggravated assault by vehicle, and causing accidents involving death or personal injury, and requested an arrest warrant.
