Pedestrian Hit Clewiston Florida in Clewiston, Florida: A pedestrian was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Clewiston early Sunday morning, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. An unknown vehicle traveling south on US-27 near Francisco Street struck the pedestrian who was attempting to cross the travel lanes. The pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene, and the driver fled the scene afterward.
