South of Shepherdsville, floodwaters eroded the ground near the Bullitt County Rod and Gun Club on Old Boston Road, and a nearby dam suffered moderate failure. Lebanon Junction fire crews evacuated more than 30 homes, and the Church of God of Prophecy in Lebanon Junction sustained significant basement flood damage. A resident identified as Ralph reported his home was carried approximately 30 feet off its foundation by floodwaters and stopped by a tree, and he was unable to reach 9-1-1 before neighbors and family helped him and his dog escape.
