Dui Crash Kentucky Today in Kentucky: Kentucky State Police responded to a single-vehicle crash shortly before 9 p.m. on the 860 block of Bewley Hollow Road in Hardin County, where a car driven by 44-year-old David Rhodes of Elizabethtown flipped upside down into a flooded creek with three people trapped inside. All three occupants were extracted and taken to a local hospital; Rhodes and one juvenile were treated for minor injuries and released, while a second minor suffered life-threatening injuries and died after being transferred to Norton Children's Hospital in Louisville. Investigators determined Rhodes was driving under the influence of alcohol, and he was arrested and charged with DUI and first-degree assault.
