Car Crash Knoxville Tennessee in Knoxville, Tennessee: A crash occurred at Woodland Avenue at I-275 North in Knoxville, Tennessee on a Sunday morning. When officers arrived, the driver of one of the cars involved was suffering from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound and was transported to the hospital in critical condition.
