Car Crash North Las Vegas Nevada in North Las Vegas, Nevada: A high-speed crash at the intersection of East Lake Mead Boulevard and North Walnut Road in North Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon left multiple people injured, including one person with life-threatening injuries. Police said a 2011 Infiniti G sedan traveling westbound at a high rate of speed struck a Nissan Pathfinder making a left turn on a flashing yellow arrow; both vehicles rotated and debris struck a parked 1998 Mercury Grand Marquis. The 71-year-old Nissan driver suffered life-threatening injuries, the 71-year-old Grand Marquis passenger suffered serious injuries, the Infiniti driver suffered serious injuries, a juvenile suffered serious injuries, and the Infiniti's female passenger suffered minor injuries. The Infiniti driver, identified as 24-year-old Raudel Luna, was booked in absentia into the Clark County Detention Center on reckless driving and child abuse charges; police said he showed no signs of impairment. The collision remains under investigation by LVMPD's Collision Investigation Section.
