Bicycle Crash Missouri Today in Missouri: A 33-year-old Boonville man driving a Murray go-kart westbound stopped in the roadway for an unknown reason just after 5:25 p.m. Saturday when a 15-year-old Boonville boy on a Honda CRF 300F dirt bike crashed into the back of the go-kart. The impact caused the go-kart to overturn and eject the driver, while the teenage rider was also thrown from his bike into a nearby ditch. The go-kart driver, who was not wearing a safety device, suffered serious injuries and was flown to University Hospital; the 15-year-old sustained minor injuries and was also taken to University Hospital by Cooper County Ambulance. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported neither vehicle was insured, and the Cooper County Sheriff's Office assisted in the investigation.
