Bicycle Crash San Joaquin California in San Joaquin, California: A bicyclist towing a shopping cart and two dogs was struck and killed by a vehicle traveling west on Eight Mile Road near Shumway Oak Grove Regional Park in San Joaquin County on Saturday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol. The bicyclist suffered fatal injuries and the two dogs were also killed in the crash. A medical examiner estimated the victim had been dead for roughly four to 12 hours before being found.
