Car Crash Albany Georgia in Albany, Georgia: Albany police responding to a reported vehicle accident on the 2000 block of West Oglethorpe Avenue found 17-year-old Neontae Clark of Albany deceased in the front seat of a vehicle with an apparent gunshot wound. The Dougherty County Coroner said Clark was found in the driver's seat after the vehicle went into bushes near a tree. Albany police are investigating the death as a homicide and have asked anyone with information to contact the Albany Police Department.
