Boating Accident Two-Vessel Alabama in two-vessel, Alabama: An 83-year-old Pell City man was killed in a two-vessel crash on Lake Logan Martin in St. Clair County, Alabama. The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said the crash occurred near the Interstate 20 bridge at around 9:31 a.m. on Thursday when a 1993 Ranger Bass boat operated by Gary M. Kendrick collided head-on with a 2005 Hurricane Pontoon boat. Kendrick was transported to St. Clair Hospital, where he died from his injuries. The operator of the Hurricane Pontoon boat was not injured. The Pell City Police Department and Lincoln Fire Department assisted troopers with ALEA's Marine Patrol Division.
