Car Crash Boston Massachusetts in Boston, Massachusetts: Massachusetts State Police say 81-year-old Antone Carvalho of Somerset was driving a 2004 Cadillac Escalade the wrong way on Interstate 93 in Boston late Saturday night, June 28, 2026. A Honda Odyssey and Audi A4 swerved to avoid him and crashed, sending all four family members in the Honda to a Boston-area hospital for evaluation. Moments later, police say Carvalho struck a Chevy Cruze head-on, killing the Haverhill man in his 20s who was driving it. Carvalho was also hospitalized and will be summonsed to court at a later date; the Suffolk County District Attorney said impairment was not an apparent factor.
