Ebike Crash Spirit Lake Idaho in Spirit Lake, Idaho: A 35-year-old man from Spirit Lake was killed in an e-bike crash on State Highway 41 near milepost 20, less than one mile outside Spirit Lake in Bonner County, Idaho. Idaho State Police said the man was riding an electrically assisted bicycle when he lost control on the right shoulder and was thrown from the bicycle just after 8:30 p.m. Emergency responders administered life-saving efforts, but he died from his injuries. He was wearing a motorcycle-style helmet at the time of the crash, and the highway was blocked for about three hours.
