Car Crash Rochester New York in Rochester, New York: New York State Police are investigating a fatal wrong-way three-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 1:26 a.m. on June 26, 2026, on the Rochester Inner Loop. A 2024 Honda CR-V operated by a 39-year-old female was traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes against traffic and collided head-on with an eastbound 2012 Ford Fusion operated by a 21-year-old male with a 21-year-old male passenger. Following the initial collision, the Ford Fusion entered the path of a 2012 Jeep Liberty operated by Marvin T. Harmon, 29, of Rochester, causing a secondary collision. The driver and front-seat passenger of the Ford Fusion were pronounced deceased at the scene, and Harmon was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. The New York State Police Collision Reconstruction Unit processed the scene.
