Car Crash Missouri Today in Missouri: A two-vehicle collision in Atchison County injured three people on a Friday afternoon. A northbound 2007 Dodge Nitro driven by a 31-year-old Tarkio woman attempted to turn west onto Highway B and struck the front driver's side of a southbound Ford Crown Victoria driven by a 43-year-old Northboro woman. The Ford driver was transported to Shenandoah Medical Center with serious injuries, while the Dodge driver and a five-year-old male passenger were taken to Fairfax Community Hospital with moderate and minor injuries, respectively. The Missouri State Highway Patrol, Westboro Fire Department, Atchison County Sheriff's Office, and Tarkio Police Department responded to the scene.
