Car Crash Separate Ohio in separate, Ohio: Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers cited Jasmine E. Foley, 18, of Lisbon, for a right of way violation after she turned left from a private drive onto state Route 558 in Salem Township and was struck by a westbound vehicle driven by Holli L. Unkefer, 32, of Leetonia, at 1:33 p.m. June 19. Foley, Unkefer, and two passengers in Foley's vehicle — including an infant — suffered suspected minor injuries and were transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown. In a separate crash at 9:38 a.m. June 19 in Butler Township, Gatica Jose Polco, 27, of Guerrero, Mexico, was cited for a right of way violation after his eastbound vehicle on Georgetown Road turned left onto Valley Road and was struck by a westbound vehicle driven by Terry Cales, 70, of Salem, who suffered a suspected serious injury and was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital.
