Car Crash Tarkio Missouri in Tarkio, Missouri: A 31-year-old Tarkio woman driving a 2007 Dodge Nitro northbound on US 59 attempted to turn west onto Highway B when the front of her vehicle struck the front driver's side of a southbound 2020 Ford Crown Victoria driven by a 43-year-old Northboro, Iowa woman. The crash occurred just before 2:30 p.m. Friday in Atchison County, Missouri, about four miles west of Westboro. EMS transported the Dodge driver and her 5-year-old passenger to Fairfax Community Hospital and the Ford driver to Shenandoah Hospital. The Dodge driver was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
