Columbia Police Chief Adrian Fortenberry said the ride was about 90% complete when two motorcycles collided with a vehicle at the Highway 13 and Highway 35 intersection around noon. One motorcycle carried two people, and the second motorcycle was driven by a Richland police officer who was airlifted to Forrest General Hospital.
