Pedestrian Hit Buffalo New York in Buffalo, New York: Seventeen-year-old Klaw Reh was run over by a garbage truck in Buffalo, New York, and nearly died in the incident. More than a year and a half later, Reh, who has not been able to return home since the accident, kept up with his studies throughout his recovery and appeared on stage at the Leonardo da Vinci High School graduation ceremony to a standing ovation. Principal Leslie Potempa said the school community was amazed and proud of him.
