Semi truck trailer swings loose and crushes Subaru Forester…
Semi Truck Crash Wesley Chapel Florida in Wesley Chapel, Florida: A crash involving a Subaru Forester and a semi carrying an oversized load occurred at around 10 a.m. on northbound Interstate-75 at mile marker 280 in Wesley Chapel, Florida, blocking all northbound lanes for about two hours. The Florida Highway Patrol said a 70-year-old Havana man driving a helper vehicle for the oversize load unlocked the rear trailer to assist with a lane change, causing the rear of the trailer to swing left and collide with the Subaru. The Subaru was occupied by a 23-year-old Georgia woman driving and her 22-year-old female passenger from Georgia; both sustained minor injuries. A Walmart truck was also behind the Subaru, diagonal across three lanes, though its role in the crash was unclear.
