Assault Miami Arizona in Miami, Arizona: Two brothers, Manuel and Patrick Sanchez, were arrested in connection with the alleged kidnapping and sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl who was taken from Apache Junction and driven across county lines to a home in Miami, Arizona. Court documents state Patrick Sanchez picked up the teen at a Circle K gas station in Apache Junction on Friday, June 19, after she refused to get into a family vehicle, and Manuel Sanchez later brought her to the Miami address. The girl was held against her will and sexually assaulted between the time she was taken and the arrests on Wednesday, June 24, which were made after Patrick's girlfriend called police. The girl has since been returned to her family.
