PVTA bus crashes into building at 931 Main Street in Spring…

Car Crash Springfield Massachusetts in Springfield, Massachusetts: Just after 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, first responders were sent to the area of 931 Main Street in Springfield's South End for a report of a crash involving a car and a PVTA bus. The bus crashed into the entrance of what used to be Milano Imports, smashing in the front of the building and the front of the bus. Springfield Fire Department spokesperson Drew Piemonte said three people were transported to a nearby hospital with injuries, including passengers of the car and the bus driver. The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority said it is cooperating with the Springfield Police Department in the investigation, and initial reports indicated the bus driver was not at fault.
