Pilot Tony Zorn killed in small aircraft crash in Tattnall…

Aircraft Georgia Today in Georgia: Tony Zorn of Lyons, Georgia, died Wednesday evening when his small aircraft crashed just before 6 p.m. in the Tyson community on Highway 144 west of Glennville in Tattnall County. Zorn was operating the aircraft alone, according to Tattnall County Sheriff Kyle Sapp. Multiple agencies responded to the scene, and the Tattnall County coroner confirmed the crash was fatal. The FAA was working to determine whether the craft was a registered aircraft or an unregistered ultralight vehicle, which would affect which agency investigates the crash.
