Car Crash Phillipsburg Missouri in Phillipsburg, Missouri: A Phillipsburg teenager was killed when the pickup truck he was driving on Highway B near Creek Road in Laclede County ran off the road, then overcorrected and went off the opposite side before overturning. The Missouri State Highway Patrol said the crash occurred just after 1:15 a.m. on Saturday. The teen was not wearing a seat belt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
