Semi Truck Crash Illinois Today in Illinois: Illinois State Police responded to two separate crashes on I-70 in Cumberland County on Saturday morning. Just before 7:30 a.m., officers responded to a two-vehicle crash between a car and a semi-truck. About an hour later, at approximately 8:30 a.m., another crash involving three semi-trucks occurred on I-70 westbound at milepost 114. One driver died at the scene and another person was sent to the hospital. It was unclear if the two crashes were related.
