Shooting Watkinsville Georgia in Watkinsville, Georgia: Oconee County deputies shot and killed 43-year-old Michael Randolph Frohock during a welfare check at a home in the 1000 block of Friar Road in Watkinsville, Georgia. Deputies responded to the call around 7:22 p.m. on Thursday evening, and at least one deputy fired at Frohock and hit him.
