Semi Truck Crash Hallsboro North Carolina in Hallsboro, North Carolina: Columbus County Deputy Damien Bost was killed while on duty assisting and escorting a North Carolina Department of Transportation subcontracting crew on U.S. 74-76 in Hallsboro, North Carolina, when he was struck by a semi-truck.
