According to Tucson Police, Parra was riding a Harley-Davidson eastbound in the median lane of Broadway Boulevard and failed to stop for a red light at Campbell Avenue, where he was struck by a northbound vehicle. Parra was not wearing a helmet and was pronounced dead at the scene.
