Car Crash Kentucky Today in Kentucky: A single-vehicle crash on Old U.S. Highway 60 in McCracken County, Kentucky, resulted in one fatality on the afternoon of June 25. According to the McCracken County Sheriff's Office, Dean Tedrow, 38, of Paducah, was driving westbound when, for reasons unknown, he crossed into the eastbound lane and continued onto the south shoulder, striking a concrete headwall to a drainage culvert head-on. Tedrow was pronounced deceased on scene by the McCracken County Deputy Coroner. Multiple agencies assisted at the scene, including Mercy Regional Ambulance, Concord Fire Department, Paducah Fire Department, McCracken County DES, Stinnett's Towing, and the McCracken County Coroner's Office.
