Car Crash Greencastle Indiana in Greencastle, Indiana: A juvenile riding a scooter was injured after being struck by a 2008 Chevy Silverado driven by Albert Elder of Greencastle. According to the Greencastle Police Department, officers were dispatched to the area of Bloomington Street where the juvenile had been struck by a vehicle. The juvenile crossed into Bloomington Street at Walnut Street through stopped traffic and was struck in the southbound lane. Medics transported the juvenile, who was awake and alert, to Putnam County Hospital for evaluation. Elder remained on the scene.
