Bicycle Crash Margate City New Jersey in Margate City, New Jersey: On June 27, 2026, at approximately 12:30 p.m., Margate City Police responded to a crash at the intersection of Adams and Winchester Avenues involving a Mazda SUV and an electric scooter. Brooke Hochman of Holliston, Massachusetts, was traveling west on Winchester Avenue when a juvenile on the scooter crashed into the side of her SUV. The juvenile was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center with what appeared to be minor injuries. No summonses had been issued pending the outcome of the investigation, which was being conducted by Officer Brendan Campbell.
