Hit And Run Mcconnellsburg Pennsylvania in McConnellsburg, Pennsylvania: Pennsylvania State Police in McConnellsburg are seeking the public's help to identify the hit-and-run driver who struck and killed a 34-year-old Hancock, Maryland, man in Fulton County on June 25. Jacob Allen Long was on foot in the 900 block of Tollgate Ridge Road in Thompson Township when he was hit by a southbound Dodge van. The van driver lost control, struck a fence, and fled the scene before police arrived.
