Hit And Run Rochester New York in Rochester, New York: Rochester Police are searching for a driver who abandoned a Dodge Charger after it crashed into a Jeep Wrangler on Portland Avenue between Norton and Jackson streets around 9:45 p.m. on Friday. The driver of the Dodge fled the scene before officers arrived. A 33-year-old passenger in the Dodge was taken by ambulance to a hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the Jeep was not injured.
