Assault Hanover Park Illinois in Hanover Park, Illinois: Jose Rojas-Alcocer, 32, of Hanover Park, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual assault, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated domestic battery and aggravated battery after his girlfriend reported being physically and sexually abused and threatened with death. Hanover Park police responded to a 911 call on June 14 at the couple's home in the 6200 block of Kit Carson Drive and found the victim with several cuts and bruises. Prosecutors said Rojas-Alcocer installed cameras in the bedroom to monitor her and, over the course of a month, allegedly cut her with a large knife, hit her with a wrench, choked her and burned her with cigarettes. He was located by police at a Motel 6 in Syracuse, New York, on June 17.
