Four killed in Karnes County crash on US Highway 181

Car Crash Texas Today in Texas: Four people were killed in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 181 in Karnes County, Texas, around 8 a.m. on Thursday, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety. The driver of a Jeep lost control, veered into the oncoming lane, and collided with a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe traveling southbound. The driver of the Tahoe, April Marie Green, 40, of Poth, was pronounced dead at the scene, along with the Jeep's driver, Fernando Espinoza, 23, and front passenger Abigail Lynn Espinoza, 25, both of San Antonio. The Jeep's rear passenger, Eleora Marie Espinoza, 18, was transported to a San Antonio hospital where she later died from her injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
