Police Pursuit Crash Ruskin Florida in Ruskin, Florida: A Florida man was arrested after deputies said he chased an ambulance carrying a patient and intentionally crashed into it, causing more than $100,000 in damage. Hillsborough County Fire Rescue responded to a medical call involving a woman in Ruskin at about 10:50 p.m. on Thursday. The suspect, identified as Johnny Arman, became hostile toward paramedics at the home and repeatedly tried to enter the ambulance. After the ambulance left with the patient, Arman followed it in his vehicle and, on Upper Creek Drive near Galen Court, blocked its path before accelerating into it, forcing the ambulance off the roadway and into utility boxes and a utility pole. Two paramedics and the patient were inside the ambulance at the time of the crash.
