Car Crash Cambridge Massachusetts in Cambridge, Massachusetts: A Duck Boat tour vehicle became disabled in the Charles River and was being towed back to its Cambridge ramp by another Duck Boat when the tow rope snapped as the disabled vessel was being pulled up the ramp, causing the boat to flip onto its side. Eleven people were injured, one seriously. The incident occurred at the Cambridge exit ramp of the Duck Boat tour operation.
