Based on witness statements and an on-scene investigation, the southbound Hyundai allegedly crossed the yellow line and struck the Kia. The operator of the Hyundai was pronounced deceased on scene, and the roadway was closed for nearly four hours during the investigation. There was no evidence that the driver of the Hyundai was impaired, and the driver of the Kia was cooperating with police.
